Maui has never been more affordable! Condo B4 is a beautifully renovated 2B/2Ba townhouse-style unit located on the second floor (no elevator.) Remodeled with the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens and furniture, all with your comfort & enjoyment in mind. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
B4 is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples, or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to two additional guests; however this will be tight living as our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom.
The two calm, serene BEDROOMS boast high-end comfortable CAL-KING mattresses & bedding for a dreamy night's sleep. The upstairs open-air loft bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
You'll be just steps to the pool & ocean - no long walks for forgotten items!
SMART TVs are in each sleeping area as well as the living room for streaming your favorite shows. High-end 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable at their preferred temperature whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening windows & the slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.
The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!
Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels. You'll replenish all paper products as needed; we'll take care of the rest (bringing laundry pods from home so you won't need to purchase more than you'll use.) Dryer sheets & coffee filters provided upon request.
Each beautiful BATHROOM has convenient walk-in showers. HAIR DRYERs are provided. We'll start you off with three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of soap in each. Bring favorite hair & bath products from home or purchase locally. Many guests mail a box of essentials ahead of arrival to avoid having to check luggage.
FOUR Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella, cooler & beach towels provided - take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches! A Maui Revealed book will assist you with planning adventures.
We love starting each day with a cup of coffee (provided by 7:00am) on the patio while watching the SUN rise over Haleakala. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises & magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!
Our patio is popular in the evenings for congregating after an amazing Maui day. Prepare delicious dinners on its two gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean ensure they'll be truly breathtaking.
A 5-minute walk down the beach will take you to a Farmer's Market, ABC Store, Ululani's Shave Ice & Sugar Beach Bakery.

Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands. There was a feeling of staying at a private beach, the complex was just the right size, quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to the best shaved ice (Ululani), bakery (Sugar Beach Bake Shop) and farmers market. What a great experience for our young granddaughter who loved the waves.

We loved this condo! The condo complex is beautiful, and the condo itself was perfect. We stayed with our three kids, and we all agreed it was a great place. I loved that the beach was literally just steps away from the lanai. While we were there new barbecues were installed, and they are super nice.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this condo. First they provided everything and more that was needed for our family of 4. The place was clean and super friendly and helped us with all our questions. They also are right on the beach where you can take a walkway and go from condo to beach. We have zero complaints and will definitely be returning in the future.

There were six of us who stayed at this condo and we were very pleased with our stay here. The condo is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were so close to the beach and the patio area was so very nice to spend the mornings and evenings viewing the beach. The beds are comfy and was just enough room for all of us. The only complaint we have is the upstairs loft would have been better if there was a solid wall instead of open. Sound traveled up and down and sometimes it was hard to hear the TV downstairs when the TV upstairs was on. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We recommend it!

Kihei Sands is just like I remembered it from as far back as my first stay in 1978. While the property has withstood the tests of time, it has always been well updated, clean and neat, very well managed and a super friendly place with a spectacular view. It is very central on the island of Maui just far enough tawau from the airport and a great base for all of the day trips on Maui. We were there Aug 8th when Lahaina burned and there were many other fires nearby. Our hearts go out to the people of Maui! But, you should know that Kihei Sands was not affected directly and continues operations during recovery. I would go back anytime! There is so much of Maui that was not affected. Maui depends on tourism. Support Kihei Sands by keeping your booking or making one. You won’t be disappointed.

Parking spots are very tight and hard to find especially if you are driving a larger vehicle like we were. The care package we received when we arrived was so nice. We would definitely stay again. We had a great stay at Kihei Sands. Location was perfect. Nice and quiet complex steps from the beach. Our unit had beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kitchen was very well stocked. We originally had booked for 6 adults, but one couple backed out. It would have been pretty tight with 6, but was perfect for 4. Complex is very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our time in Kihei! It is definitely more of a local vibe and less touristy which we love. Only down side is you can't really walk to much, you need to rely on a car and seeking out restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There is an ABC store which is walkable so that was a plus. It was a great place to just lay low. We enjoyed just sitting at the common table/chairs with other people and chatting while watching the sunset and having a glass of wine.

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at Kihea Sands. It is in the perfect location on Maui, central to all areas. The vibe is nicely old school and we enjoyed meeting and socializing with many of the other guests. A highlight was the surprising opportunity to participate in a potluck held in honour of Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful evening with a lot of laughs and a perfect sunset. We really like how North Kihea is just a little quieter than some of the other areas, makes for extra special morning and evening beach walks. I should also mention that it also has some of the nicest coral formations just offshore, right out front. We will definitely be back again.

A respite from winter on the mainland with a holiday inspired family reunion to Maui. Condo living is a must, a family environment with plenty of cooking and grilling room. Kehei Sands offers the amenities without the crowded feeling of larger properties. Miles of beach front to walk, wade and swim right out your front door. A nice patio with chairs and umbrellas with great views of the ocean and whales jumping! Just the right size pool for a quick dip And excellent early morning coffee brewed and served by 6am. Cable tv for evenings and excellent wifi to keep in touch.
The only drawback was the 10:00am check out time, too early to pack and clear out.

Our condo was very nice, with a couple small things to consider. The light from the outside walkway shone in our bedroom window and since there were no blinds, we had to use a beach towel to block out the light.

This condo was wonderful - close to great beaches and shops and other residents were very nice. Loved the layout of the whole complex, very quiet and felt secluded from neighbors. The only downsides were ongoing construction that we were not aware of next door and at times we were afraid we wouldn't get a parking spot. Other than that is condo was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kihei Sands! It is a well maintained, condo building with about 30 units so we got to know other guests and it felt like family by the end of our stay. The managers were amazing and added a lot to our vacation by hosting beachfront potlucks, marshmallow roasts and including numerous other personal touches like fresh flowers and pineapple to greet us in our condo upon arrival. The condo building has an incredible beach front patio where we enjoyed barbequing, hanging out and watching the sunset -- just a few steps from miles of beautiful sugary sand beach! Our three children spent hours playing in the ocean right in front of our condo. The central location was ideal for exploring other parts of the island and beachfront without the crowds of people seen in other areas. It really is a hidden gem of a property and our family is in agreement that we couldn't stay any place else on our next vacation to Maui. It was the perfect place for our family of five and we can't wait to go back!

Our experienced with this place was beyond We expected. The best location for the beach to swim.Not crowded at all. The place is cleaned inside and out. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends and relatives. Cant wait to come back here.... hopefully,soon!

Had fun, was great. Little hard to cool the downstairs bedroom and made upstairs bed area cold. We had a good time and enjoyed the pool as well as the beach.

We loved our time at Kihei Sands. The location is good, and the surroundings were perfect for our family. The beach and pool are seconds away from our room - so convenient for bathroom and drink breaks. Cheri and Jonathan were so welcoming and friendly, we felt really at home. Totally loved everything about it!!

Kihei Sands is a well managed, friendly and small complex compared to the larger hotels. This makes it easy to make friends with other visitors staying there while sharing the pool, morning coffee pot and outdoor lounge areas right on the beach. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets and a nice swiming and walking beach. Units have a well supplied kitchen, dining table and living area that make staying very comfortable and convenient. I would definitely come back. Make your reservations well in advance as this place is sought after by repeat visitors.
We were at Kihei Sands for a month. My children and grandchildren joined me. As always we enjoyed walking and playing on the beach. B4 was very suitable for our family. I appreciated the solid wood coffee table and desks that were perfect and safe for children to use, plus lots of drawers for storage. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy and we made good use of the beach chairs. I enjoyed the afternoon shade on the Lanai and the great view. The location of Kihei Sands is the best. Right on the ocean, within walking distance of ABC, bake shop and farmer's market, and in a quieter area.
